What is it?

Planning and funding for following flood schemes for town land including Gort Road , Aughanteroe , Watery road/Elm park , Ennis town Phase 1 & 2 , St Flannans , Ballybeg, and Abbey Court. Cllr. Johnny Flynn has been involved as one of the key drivers in this work since 2004.

What does it mean for you?

By mid 2014 over €20 million worth of civil engineering schemes protecting homes and businesses from flooding in and around Ennis will have been completed. Cllr. Flynn is working to getting reduced insurance costs for properties now protected by these schemes .
